2. Eligibility to Rent

To rent a vehicle from RentKTM, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old for two-wheelers and 21 years old for cars

  • Hold a valid driving license (international license required for foreign nationals where applicable)

  • Provide valid identification documents upon request

RentKTM reserves the right to refuse service if documents are incomplete, invalid, or raise safety concerns.

3. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after payment (full or partial, as agreed) is received

  • RentKTM may contact you for verification before confirming the booking

Prices shown at the time of booking are final unless changes are requested by the customer.

4. Rental Duration & Usage

  • Vehicles must be returned on or before the agreed return time

  • Late returns may incur additional charges

  • Vehicles may only be used for legal, personal travel purposes within permitted regions

Commercial use, racing, off-road misuse, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

5. Security Deposit

  • The deposit will be returned after inspection, provided there is no damage, loss, or violation of terms

  • Deductions may apply for damages, missing fuel, fines, or late returns

6. Vehicle Condition & Responsibility

  • Vehicles are provided in good working condition

  • Customers are expected to inspect the vehicle at pickup and report any issues immediately

  • The renter is responsible for the vehicle during the rental period

Any damage, loss, or theft during the rental period is the responsibility of the renter unless covered under an agreed insurance plan.

7. Insurance & Liability

  • Insurance does not cover reckless driving, negligence, alcohol/drug influence, or violation of local laws

  • RentKTM is not liable for personal belongings lost or damaged during the rental period

8. Cancellations & Refunds

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may not be refundable

9. Traffic Rules & Fines

10. Breakdown & Emergency Support

  • In case of a breakdown, contact RentKTM immediately

  • Do not attempt major repairs without approval

11. Modifications & Extensions

  • Rental extensions are subject to availability and approval

  • Modifying a booking may affect pricing

  • Unauthorized extensions may result in penalties
